Daily allowance for the period of incapacity for work, deductible period: 0 days

Permanent Disability: One-time Compensation of Up to €100,000

Compensation for accidental death: €25,000

The daily allowance is paid for a maximum of 360 days. The condition is that the work is performed in Finland and that you are a holder of a Finnish Kela card.

Occupational diseases are not covered by the insurance

Also, business trips are not covered by the insurance.

Insurance Provider for Palkkaguru Oy: LähiTapiola Mutual Insurance Company, Company ID: 1034-2, located in Espoo.

The general terms and conditions of the insurance contract and the insurance certificate can be requested from Palkkaguru Oy. Insurance number: 353-4927382-J, covering accident insurance (group insurance).

The insurance fee is included in Palkkaguru Oy's overall fee and will not incur any additional charges.

This insurance is effective from October 3, 2022, for freelancers associated with Palkkaguru Oy. The specifics of the insurance are based on the relevant policy and the accident insurance conditions for small entrepreneurs in effect as of October 3, 2022.

Unless stated otherwise in the aforementioned conditions or this contract, the General Contract Terms and Conditions for Personal Insurance Contracts for Companies and Entities, effective from January 1, 2019, will also apply to this insurance.

Both parties (LähiTapiola and Palkkaguru) may mutually agree to modify the insurance conditions. LähiTapiola reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the terms that do not alter the core content.

If a more recent version of the insurance conditions is provided than the one referenced in this contract, the latest version will take precedence.

This insurance is secondary to any valid insurance policies held by the insured.

Compensation Process

The insured individual must submit a claim report to LähiTapiola. Damage can be reported either in writing or by calling LähiTapiola's damage handling phone number. Additionally, LähiTapiola provides the option to file a claim electronically through their website.

Reporting Damage

In the event of an accident, if the premium has been billed through Palkkaguru Oy, it is essential to report the claim to LähiTapiola as soon as possible, as they are the insurance issuer. Insurance number: 353-4927382-J.

Pension Insurance

The accident insurance provided through Palkaguru's service does not include pension insurance. Freelancers are responsible for obtaining their own pension insurance and ensuring their pension security. If needed, Palkkaguru Oy can assist you in securing this insurance.
