Can Palkkaguru's service be used if I invoice both with and without VAT?
Yes, Palkaguru also supports VAT liability. If your turnover exceeds the VAT lower limit set by the Tax Administration (currently EUR 15,000 per year), you must register as VAT liable. We handle the VAT accounts for you. You can also start as a VAT payer, even if your turnover is below the limit at the beginning.
How quickly do I get the money to my account through Palkkaguru?
As a customer of Palkkaguru, you get the money in your account very quickly. We always settle payments on the same business day, when your customer's performance is recorded in our account. Payments are handled on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 as SEPA express transfers without additional costs. If the payment arrives after 6:00 p.m., we will bill it on the next business day. The prerequisite for fast settlement is that the correct reference, account number and amount have been used in the payment.
How are insurances and taxation handled as a small business owner?
